The highly successful “Middlesbrough Junior Theatre”
group will typically
have up to 100 children of secondary school age.
Some 8-10 leaders will run this group with a significant
number of extra support staff. Both Kidstage and the
Junior Section meet during term-time Saturday
mornings at the Middlesbrough College (Marton Road)
from 9:45am to 12:15pm.
Becoming a Member of MYT
Both the Kidstage and Junior groups have a waiting list for
joining. Applications should be sent to the Administrator, MYT,
Toft House, The Avenue, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough TS5 6SA. The
Middlesbrough Youth Theatre group doesn’t normally have a
waiting list. Please feel free to visit them on the Sunday.
Try it out for a few weeks and if it is the kind of thing you
want to get involved with, you can join then.
